Detail Demon Warranty Policy

Section #1:  What our Warranty Policy Covers

• Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
• Covers any defects in workmanship under normal use
• Covers any broken components under normal use

Section #2:  What We will do to Correct any Problems with Your Product

• The company will repair or replace your Detail Demon tool, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty.  Consumer pays return shipping for repair.  
• The company may replace some or all parts of the product and ship them to you at no cost to you
• The product may/will be replaced or refunded after we review and determine the item repair is not feasible.
• Replacement part(s) - by our choice - may have cosmetic imperfections that wont affect product performance that the original product may not have had.  

Section #3: How Long Does the Coverage Last?

All Detail Demon Products are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.   

Section #4: What does this Warranty Policy not cover?

• Damage of a product resulting from negligence or misuse
• Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
• Items wear components through normal use: Foam Padding on handles and Theraband tubing

Section #5: What do customers need to do to get repairs/service under the Warranty Policy?

• Contact us: by email or chat function on the Detail Demon Website
• Return the broken component at to Detail Demon Tools for inspection and repair/replacement.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
