If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite

you to review our policy on returns and refunds. 



Return and Refund Policy:


Conditions for Returns  

----------------------


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  2. The Goods are in the original packaging and all components are included.  Products that came disassembled can be disassembled in the same way for return purposes.  


It is at our sole discretion to provide a partial or no refund for disassembled products, broken or missing parts.    


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet

the above return conditions.

 

Carrier Delivery Confirmations and non Receipt of Shipment

 

Timeframe for a replacement or refund.  

There is a 48 hour period for working with carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to locate packages that have been identified as delivered.  After this time time and the carrier cannot locate the package then your options are for a refund or a replacement shipment.  

 

Your Responsibility

Talk to all family members and confirm no one has picked up the delivery for you.  Talk to your postal carrier and/or your local post office and see if they can locate it.  This will speed up the possible delivery and we have no way to contact them directly  

 

Please be aware some carriers with claims of missing packages might identify your address as a "signature required" for all deliveries going forward.   

 

Returning Goods

We believe in 100% satisfaction and will refund the item price and original shipping costs on all orders meeting the Conditions for Returns above.  

 

Prior approval is needed before returning

 

Customer Refused packages will be charged a flat $20 for return shipping charges for US shipments and $75 for international shipments




Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping 


We are responsible for controlling product costs so customers don’t have to pay an increased price for purchases when one buyer wants to use the product once or twice and then return without the intent to ever keep the product.  We chose to not sell on Amazon for that reason.    


*You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. 


* We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.


Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable

to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received

return delivery.  


The tracking number should be provided to us when you send the return so we can look for it with our standard UPS, FedEx and USPS raw goods shipments we receive every day.
